Debbie Ragsdale recently completed her Master of Music degree at Southern Methodist University, maintains a private flute studio, has served as president of the Texas Flute Society, and performs as principal flutist in the East Texas Symphony Orchestra.  She has worked with flute notables such as Leone Buyse, Jeanne Baxtresser, Geoffrey Gilbert, and Julius Baker.  She holds a degree in Flute Performance from the University of North Texas and her and her former teachers included George Morey and her mother, Myrna Brown.     ...last update 05/27/2006
