Please include a large ( 4 1/2" X 9 1/2") self-addressed, stamped envelope. No small envelopes!
Flute Choir participants and auditors do not need to include the envelope. Teachers, if your studio is large; that is, more than one page of entries for solos and ensembles, please send your self-addressed, stamped envelope with at least $.60 postage.
Include a separate check for each of the three types of fees: solos/ensembles/auditor, membership dues, and t-shirts/patches.

REMINDERS:
Please do not include t-shirt, patch, or membership money in Solo/Ensemble fees check. You will need to include a total of three checks, all made payable to Texas Flute Society.

Late entries will not be accepted.
If you have emergency schedule conflicts and need your performance time adjusted, contact Tara Richter at 817-605-0871 or msclvr_10@hotmail.com. Due to the large volume of festival entries, most schedule change requests will not be possible.
