* * Important Statement Regarding COVID-19 * *

Dear Friends of the Texas Flute Society,

Due to the current health situation, the TFS Board Members have voted to turn our in-person festival into a Virtual Festival this May! Our 2020 Virtual Flute Festival will be held via Facebook private group, and will feature online competitions, masterclasses, workshops and seminars on Saturday, May 23rd, 2020 as planned. See the entire schedule below!

There’s still time to register for this event! You can register online as an Auditor here until May 15th. Solo evaluation registration has officially closed. We hope that this Virtual Festival will serve you from the comfort and safety of your home, until we can meet again in person for the 2021 TFS Festival.

Thank you for your continued support, and please stay healthy and safe!

Best wishes,
Julee Kim Walker
President, Texas Flute Society

The Texas Flute Society will hold its 43rd Annual Texas Flute Festival Thursday through Saturday, May 21 – 23, 2020, on the campus of Texas Woman’s University in Denton, TX. Each Festival participant will play for a recognized flute specialist who will provide constructive commentary. However, Outstanding and Honor performers are recognized.
